I have been on an endless binge.
I can never resist the temptation to eat.
SOOO FREAKING FAT RIGHT NOW!
BMI: 20.1 UGHHHH!
Soo plan for the the next three weeks: Only 500 calories or less..
After the three weeks I'll drop it to 400 calories.
I will be reach GW1 by the end of April or I'll start cutting again...
I looked in the mirror and just starred at the lumps of fat on my face and on my thighs
Work outs are going to occur in the mornings as well as in the afternoons.
Mornings: Couple hundred situps, at least a mile if not more.
Afternoons: Hit the gym and work out til I know I've burned at least 2000 calories
130 here I come
