Day 1: Morning

OK so far so good.
I weighed in at 145.4 at 8:45
I have eaten one apple (77 calories) at 9:15
I worked out on the indoor bicycle thing for about 5 minutes.
I would have stayed on it longer but I had to clean up around the apt.
I'm getting closer to my goal weight of 135 :)
But I don't think I'll be satisfied until I reach the 2 digits...
I have a long way to go.
