Day 2: Morning

So I slept at my sister's house last night and she doesn't have a scale -_-
I am too afraid to use my scale after I eat so ill just check it tomorrow when I wake up.
I have eaten some raisin bran with 2% milk (i really need to buy some fat free)
And that was about 230 calories altogether.
My goal is 300 calories today but I might have to move it up to 400 (my dad made rice ugh)
But I am going to do about 100 situps today and workout on the stationary bike again
This time I'll stay on for at least 10 minutes if not 20
I'll post my afternoon intakes around 2 and some thinspo quotes and pictures for you!
