I weighed myself this morning when I woke up and I was 142.4!
So I only have 12.4 pounds to my first goal :D
I'm going to try the ABC diet starting tomorrow...
I was supposed to start today
But I ate a cup of raisin bran after school today with some 2% milk (240) -_-
So that plus my 200 calorie lunch and 160 calorie breakfast brought me to 500 already
I'm going to have to eat a little rice for dinner though
My parents would flip out if I didn't eat anything...
So that'll bring me to about 600 overall.. badbadbadbad!!!
But tomorrow I'm not going to eat over 100 for lunch and ill only eat 100 for breakfast..
Leaving me with 300 or less for dinner (preferably less)
I exercised a lot yesterday
(about a hundred sit-ups, a couple hundred leg lifts, a small jog to the laundry room, stationary bike for about five minutes, etc..)
I'm planning on doing as much if not more than that today :)

and 600 calories isn't so bad, sweetie! <3 your body notices that it's having less than it's used to.

AHHHH! Such a tough diet. SUCH a tough one. I think the hardest thing is that it lasts soooo long. :-/ Since you're relatively new to all this crap, why don't you start with the SGD (Skinny Girl Diet) (I'm sure you know this, but i am so bad at responding to emails and comments - all the info in one comment) cuz that has higher calorie restrictions that ABC. Maybe a good way to start? Ahh, try to keep your head about you. This rabbit hole is very deep :) Thanks for all the lovely comments baby! Xo
